Deskly

Terms of service

Draft for the pilot. These terms are being reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated before general launch.

These terms are between ZendTech Solutions Limited (“we”) and the business using Deskly (“you”).

The service

Deskly provides an AI assistant, a booking tool and a dashboard. During the pilot, features may change and the service may be interrupted.

Your responsibilities

  • The facts you give the assistant must be accurate and yours to share.
  • You are responsible for how you use the assistant and for following laws that apply to your business, including privacy and marketing laws.
  • Tell customers they are chatting with an AI assistant. The widget does this for you by default.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.

AI answers

The assistant can make mistakes. It is designed to answer only from the facts you provide and to hand over when unsure, but you should check chats and bookings regularly. It does not give legal, medical or financial advice.

Spending limits

Each account has a monthly AI usage limit. When the limit is reached, the assistant stops answering until the next month or until the limit is raised.

Fees

Pilot access may be free or discounted. Paid plans will be billed monthly in advance. We will tell you before any price takes effect.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time. When your account closes we keep it for 30 days and then delete it. If we shut the service down we will give you at least 90 days’ notice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
