Your data is separated

Every business's data lives in the same database but is locked to that business. We run automated tests that try to read one business's data from another, and they must fail before any update goes out.

Your customers' details are limited

We keep only what is needed to run the assistant: chats, leads and bookings. We do not sell data or use your customers' chats to train AI.

The assistant cannot be talked out of its rules

It answers only from facts you gave it. Text on web pages and messages from customers are treated as information, never as orders. Actions like booking are done by our software after checks, not decided by the AI.

Risky actions need your yes

You choose Auto, Ask or Never for each kind of action. Cancelling and emailing start on Ask.

Spending is capped

Each business has a monthly AI limit and a limit on how long a single chat can run. A kill switch can stop one business or everything.

Secret keys stay on our servers

Passwords and API keys are never sent to a browser or shown to the AI. The only key on your website is a public site key that works only on the websites you list.

Everything is logged

Important actions are written to a log that cannot be edited afterward.

You can leave with your data

Export your chats, leads and bookings at any time. Ask us to delete everything and we confirm in writing. If we ever shut down, you get 90 days' notice.

Safe website scanning

When the assistant reads your website, it only visits public pages, refuses private network addresses, and limits size and time.
