How Deskly works

Most businesses are ready the same day. This is what happens, in order.

We set up your account
In the pilot we create your account with you. You tell us your business name and website.
You add your facts
Hours, services, prices, policies and common questions. You can type them in, or let the assistant read your public website and suggest them. You review everything before it is used.
You set what it may do
Answer questions, save leads and take bookings are on. Cancelling bookings and sending email start on Ask. Marketing messages start on Never.
You paste one line of code
The dashboard shows your line. Paste it before the end of your page. We can do it with you on a call. The chat button appears, in your colors.
Customers chat and book
The assistant answers from your facts. When someone wants an appointment, they pick a time in the chat. Every chat, lead and booking shows up in your dashboard.
You stay in charge
Read any chat, take over when you want, approve requests, watch AI spending, export your data, or pause everything with one switch.
